自從我加入 Toastmaster (TM) 以來，我常常聽到別人談到參加 TM 後對自己的人生有哪些幫助和成長，但是卻很少在網路上看到或查到別人分享的心得與意見，於是我就興起了念頭想說那我就來寫寫看，希望能夠給尚未加入但是想加入的朋友們一點意見和看法，當然身為 YZU 的前會長，當然還是要廣告一下，如果你第二和第四個週六有空，剛好又在桃園歡迎來 YZU Toastmaster 分會走走，一同學習和成長。


I joined Toastmaster more than four years. Sometimes we might talk about what we learning from Toastmaster system but only a few people share their experience and feelings especially in Chinese.
