在使用 vagrant 的時候，我發現我已經啟動 VM 了，但是在另外一個 console 卻找不到VM，或是會有下述的錯誤訊息：

There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant
for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.
Command: ["snapshot", "3a5a35e4-8f98-4ad5-8e6d-b1ae3469fd38", "list", "--details"]
Stderr: VBoxManage.exe: error: The session is not locked (session state: Unlocked)
查了一下，發現如果視窗沒有用 系統管理員 身分執行，就會出現這樣的錯誤，所以在執行前確保有用 Administrator 的身分執行，這樣才不會出錯。
